Hip, hip, hip hooray
For the raspberry beret
Silly fun today
Hip, hip, hip hooray

Silly fun today
Nature’s soft caress blessed me
with air to breathe,
water to drink,
sunlight to nourish.
I shone, for a while,
and then I,
like the sun,
went down.
We took a walk, you and I
Hand in hand, along the weir
We talked, we cried
You said you felt taken for granted
I apologised for that which
I now knew the sighs of
We walked over a bridge
Watched the water flow under
Taking with it our hopes and dreams

Time has come
Two years on
Decision made
No turning back
This isn’t easy
Heart broken
Over soon
Moving on
A
Forbidden
Passionate affair
Steamy, no-holds-barred rutting
Phew!
There’s nowhere to run
Nowhere to hide crying eyes
When his lips meet hers
I’m buffering
Waiting for …
…
…
…
something…
…
…
…
some thing…
…
…
…
buffering

My 400th post 🙂
Hello, Saturday!
Rest and recuperation
from workaday week.
My eyes need rest from
monitoring monitor;
contact lens respite.
Serious ‘us’ time;
freedom from weekday neglect
and the, “I’m too tired”s.
Hello, Saturday!
Please do not be gone too soon.
You are true solace.
